Hello to all our Members and Followers.
Thank you for your support and interest in what we do to try and improve the lives of the underprivileged children in Vung Tau. As some of you would know, as of 1st of July 2025, Vung Tau Ba Ria Province was incoperated into Ho Chi Minh City. What that means for us at this stage, we do not know.
The work at the orphanage bath rooms and cabins is now complete. Below are some photo’s of the before and after work.

The cabins also got extractor fans to improve ventilation. We thank David and Kat for their generous donation towards this project.

Upcoming in August is our Annual General Meeting and Election of officers for the next twelve months. We remind all our Members that will be in Vung Tau at the time to please
attend. This is your, the members, organisation and your Board is directed by you as to which projects go ahead. It is you who will elect the members that you want to represent you. Date for the AGM will be promulgated to Members soon.
Don’t forget to promote our tours to any friends that may be visiting Vietnam. At the moment tours are one of our most important revenue raisers.
Thats about it from sunny downtown Vung Tau. Our wet season has definately arrived. Showers for a few hours and then the sun. A good time to visit and get away for the winter in Australia.
